Everyone can benefit from this book whether you want to get "huge" or not, or whether you're in high school or...ahem...much older. Schop offers a simple, yes, simple plan that anyone can follow to look better and feel better in very little time. A good read.
I have been involved in sports all my life. As a professional youth referee and health and physical education teacher, I come across a lot of bad exercise information and advice. Teenagers are the most vulnerable in this area. HUGE IN HIGH SCHOOL is just what teens need to become properly and honestly educated in the area of weight training, exercise, and beyond. Schop takes it to the next level without all the misleading hype. Everyone interested in bettering themselves should read this book.
Great read! Maybe had this book been available for me sooner, I wouldn't have the shoulder problems I have today. In my forties (2007), I set several bench records in the ADFPF & USAPL, and I'd recommend this book for young and older lifters who think they need to take the latest and greatest "get big powder." Instead, they should focus on the proper technique and form this book emphasizes. HUGE IN HIGH SCHOOL will be a must read for my son just getting into lifting and fitness.
